長いギブソン歴史の中でもとりわけアイコンとしても名高いDual Falconですが、モダンなシーンにも対応出来る新機能を備えながらも、往年のヴィンテージトーンを併せ持つ秀逸な2チャンネル仕様のコンボアンプとして蘇りました。

カリフォルニア州ペタルーマでハンドメイドされる当モデルは、1960年代のGibson Falconアンプの特徴・魅力を踏襲しながらもMESA/Boogie製造のノウハウをかけあわせて、新世代のアンプとして唯一無二の存在として輝きを放ちます。

直感的な操作が可能なシンプルなコントロールでありながらも懐は深く、コントロール可能な幅が非常に広く設計されており、使用用途は非常に多彩。クラシカルなスプリング・リバーブも搭載しており、立体感のある深みにあるサウンドも得意です。

また、トレモロも搭載されており、表情豊かなサウンドもしっかりと演出可能。チャンネルごとに Full、 Half、 Low の3モードの出力を選択でき、さまざまなジャンル、シチュエーションに於いても高いポテンシャルを素直に発揮できます。さらに、バッファード・シリーズ・エフェクト・ループ を搭載し、外部エフェクトユニットを使用可能になったのもポイントの一つ。

2基搭載の10インチ Jensen Blackbird 40 Alnicoスピーカーによって、当アンプの実力を余すこと無くアウトプット。2チャンネル仕様なので、それぞれVolumeとToneコントロール、フットスイッチで切り替え可能なリバーブとトレモロ（global SpeedとDepthコントロール付）で縦横無尽に音の荒野を駆け巡ります。

また、特許取得済みのマルチワット、6V6パワーチューブ、クラスAパワーによる本機のアンプ構造に基づき、プレイヤーは「フル」「ハーフ」「ロー」（12、5、または1ワット）の3通りのパワーモードを選択するか、6L6パワーチューブに挿し変えた場合は15、6、2ワットの3通りのパワーモードを選択可能です。これにより3つの音量レベルにおいて、表情豊かなヴィンテージ・ギブソンを彷彿とさせるトーンとフィーリングを体感できます。演奏環境に応じてフレキシブルに出力レベル調整が可能となることで、出力のクリップを柔軟かつ音楽的に調整する事が可能です。

クラブギグ、自宅での練習、録音現場等、様々な環境において最適なアンプとなる本機は、現代的な洗練さ、最高の操作性、ブティックアンプならではのアンプの組み込みを標榜しつつヴィンテージ期のギブソン・アンプさえも遥かに凌駕する仕上がりです。
