HOW TO ORDER AND IMPORTANT NOTES

Upon receipt of your message, we would collect some information for that item. Then after we would write back to you with some details for the item you have sent us an inquiry of.
We accept the following payments.
Please note that we do not except payment in USD, EURO, or any other currency except JPY since the exchange rate is changing daily. (Except for items sold through e-Bay).
We have started accepting payment by Paypal from June, 2009. If you would like to arrange payment by Paypal, please send us your e-mail address which you are using for your Paypal account. Upon receipt of your e-mail address, we would send you a payment request to your Paypal account.
Please note that we ship items only to the shipping address which is shown on your Paypal account due to security and auditorial reasons.

Please note that you may need to pay some certain amount of bank transfer fee when arranging payment by bank wire. As the bank transfer fee differs from each bank, please be so kind to contact your local bank if you would like to know it first.
In addition, please note that it takes approximately 2-7 business days for us to confirm your payment once it has been arranged by bank wire.
Timing of Shipment
Your order is sent to you after your payment is fully completed. In principle, it usually takes approximately 5 business days to inspect and arrange shipment of your order.
However, due to stock conditions, circumstances of our suppliers or our stores are in the busy period, there is a possibility that the dispatch of your order is delayed.
We will send you a "Shipping Confirmation" and EMS tracking number once your order has been shipped. Delivery by EMS normally takes between 5-7 days.
Delivery time depends on which country your order is shipped.
Tax & Duty
No Japanese consumption tax is required for your purchase.
However, there is a possiblity that you may need to pay some certain amount of duty when receiving your order in your country.
We are not aware of a duty in your country. Therefore, if you would like to know it before you place your order, please contact your local custom office.
If you would like your order to be delivered to a shipping address in Japan or wish to pickup your order at one of our stores, please note that the Japanese consumtion tax (8%) would be required.
For international shipping we use EMS (Express Mail Service) provided by the International Postal Service if your choice of carrier is not specified.
EMS is safe, fast (approx. 1 week worldwide), economic and of course fully insured. Usually it is door to door service. The customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, and any returned merchandise.
If you have any choice of courier (which you have your own acount for it) and would like to use that courier, please be so kind to advise one of our International Sales Agent. Please note that we do not ship our items by vessel as we cannot insure you the condition of your order.

Please note warranty of our products is valid only in Japan. Please make sure to retain the warranty card. The warranty policy is one year in accordance with the regulation of the manufacturer. Under warranty service, we accept repair in the merchandise which you purchased from us unless the failure is caused by misuse.Misuse includes improper operation, careless handling and usage under incorrect AC voltage.
FYI, the voltage here in Japan is 100V.
The shipping-frieght costs both sending and returning goods is the buyer's responsibility.
If you are resident in Japan, we can apply the warranty. However, it is impossible to apply the warranty if you are not a resident of Japan. Upon receipt of the merchandise by freight prepaid (your account), we will repair your item immediately and return it by freight collect (our account).
Returns and Cancellation
We can accept returns under the following circumstances;
(a) What you received does not match the information our international sales staff provided you with.
(b) Damage caused during shipping. Please check for any damage to your package before signing for your shipment and if you find any, report it to the shipping company immediately.
(c) The product you received is defective.
(d) You received a different item to what our staff informed you they were shipping. In the case of any of these reasons, please email our staff within 24 hours and make the subject of your email "Return request". Please be as specific with the details as possible.
Do not discard any of the packaging, manuals, papers, parts or accessories the item has been supplied with, and in particular, please do not remove protective film from any of the instruments pickups, pickguards, control plates, etc.
A full refund of the purchase price (minus bank costs, PayPal fees, shipping costs, duty and tax) of the goods or exchange will be made once the goods are returned to us in the same condition as when they left our premises.
For any other reason, we are not able to accept returns and cancellations.
Damage from Shipping
If there is any damage as a result of a shipping accident, we will need to proceed with the shipping insurance for the damage.
In this case we need a damage report written by EMS (Your local delivery company, post office or EMS dealer) to proceed the insurance.
You (the receiver) will need to contact to the company who made your local delivery yourself and prepare the damage report the insurance.
